The Pale Harvesters; the Scythes of Nurgle; Mortarion’s eyes. Deathshroud’s elite warriors have many names, and each is imbued with a miasma of fear and menace. Swollen with unnatural power, Deathshroud towers over his enemies. Rusty gauntlets and twisted tentacles hold enormous battle scythes known as manreapers, cursed weapons that sever heads from shoulders and limbs from torsos with each blow. Clouds of plague flies boil around the Deathshroud, while vile smog spills from the vents of his armor to suffocate and blind his enemies.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 3 Deathshroud Bodyguards. Impressively large and dense, covered in rot, decay, tentacles and horror, these models exemplify the corrupting gift that Nurgle imparts. Each is armed with a reaper of men, a large scythe, pitted and pitted from rust and disease, it is even taller than the Deathshroud who wields it, and a gauntlet of plagues, used to cast nasty diseases upon the unfortunate. Each of the three is adorned with the symbolism of Nurgle, found in the rust, boils and splinters of their armor, through which vile tentacles and swollen flesh protrude, barely covered by threadbare cloaks. There are 7 head variants included, a mix of helmeted and naked, and an additional Plaguespurter Gauntlet; this is for an optional Unit Champion, who has the option to wield two of these.
The Deathshroud Bodyguard comes with 51 components and is supplied with 3 Citadel 40mm round bases.
