 A city that was never meant to be, Boubalia was designed to be a simple fortress outpost – a minor walled settlement that would extend Tauria’s influence into the west. However, as the denizens of Tauria crave adventure and glory above all else, Boubalia would grow to accommodate the wave of travelers that sought to reach into the west, eventually growing way beyond its meager walls and into a proper city. Famous for its running of the Minotaurs, a bloody tradition where convicted criminals are released onto the streets and are subsequently chased down by bull-headed bred, Boubalia is Tauria’s most valuable settlement beyond itself.
